Ross Calladine is the Skills, Welcome & Accessibility Manager for VisitEngland.  

 

Previously, Ross held the position of Tourism and Leisure Consultant for Scott Wilson.  Ross has also held consumer facing positions with Loews Hotels and Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida.  

 

Now, as part of his role at VE, Ross is developing existing initiatives such as the National Accessible Scheme and new initiatives that engage tourism businesses in accessibility, to entice people with access needs to enjoy England.  Ross has recently developed an innovative tool that will see England’s tourism businesses improve the accessibility information they give potential visitors and spearheaded the production of a booklet presenting the business case for improving accessibility with a clear route to success.
