Paul Clark is a Senior Product Innovation Manager for TUI Travel who are the world’s leading international leisure group. TUI Travel possess two ‘mainstream’ holiday brands, namely Thomson & First Choice. Paul’s role sees him developing new products to improve the customer experience and to ensure that Thomson and First Choice are always the brands of choice. Recent launches have included First Choice Splash, which is a range of hotels with waterparks on site, Thomson Couples which is a new child-free hotel concept and also Thomson Freedom, which is a holiday program tailored towards gay & lesbian travelers. Paul and his team have been working with Out Now over the last two years to bring the Freedom Collection to market and are looking forward to developing this relationship further. |
