Julie Middleton

Biography:
Julie is Industry Programmes Manager for the Travel Foundation and the main point of contact for tour operators. She has worked in the travel industry for over 11 years. Coming from a tour operator background, Julie is able to “see things from both sides of the fence” and understands the pressure that the industry, communities and the environment are subject to. Confident that tourism can be a force for good, Julie uses her experience to forge great relationships with industry partners by urging businesses to use the free sustainable tourism tools that are on offer from the Travel Foundation and informing them of the ways they can ‘get involved’ with projects in destinations.
