WTM 2010 Room Hire

ExCeL - London conference rooms are located within easy reach of the exhibition halls and are ideal for holding seminars, product launches, training sessions, morning or evening cocktails/receptions or for use as a hospitality area away from the stand. Each room includes: Furniture, Projection Hanging Screen (8x6) and a LCD Projector(Data/Video). Necessary catering equipment can be arranged with Leiths, the onsite caterers.

Depending on the seatiing style, delegate numbers can vary. Single rooms on average would seat:

Classroom 30 Theatre 70-90 Reception 90 Boardroom 30 Banquet 50-60

Cabaret 50-60 (10 per table) Horseshoe 25-30 U-Shape 25-30 Hollow square 40

Please note: these numbers will double with a double room.

Larger Conference Rooms are also available; these are located in the Platinum Suite, level 3. Depending on your requirements you can hire:

• ¼ of the platinum area, which is nearly 400sqm
  
• ½ of the platinum area, which is nearly 800sqm
